Samantha has returned to the Outworld only to realize she has made a terrible mistake. With her friend Charley, she finds a way back to Neverworld, determined to claim the throne of Parnaya as her own. But Neverworld has changed. Tom is thought to be dead and no one has seen Captain Jones in over a year. Most ominous, Petrus Scultra now rules the seas and most of Neverworld-- and he is looking for Samantha.

With no allies and no one left to challenge Petrus, how can they ever hope to avoid being captured, let alone see Samantha as queen? Once again they are forced to use their wits and courage to survive, here in a place called, Neverworld.
